HoopDreams is committed to offering a simple and easy cancellation policy. Cancellation must be 30 days notification to management prior to the next billing date. If you wish to freeze your membership at any time, you must provide notification to management 7 days prior to freezing. In the event of unforseen circumstances, please contact management immediately for refund consideration. HoopDreams is passionate about our players benefiting and growing through our programs. While we feel we offer an array of classes to match any age or skill level, we understand that sometimes we aren't a perfect match for everyone. We allow any new client to cancel for a FULL refund within their first 3 sessions after joining HoopDream Society.
